Vehicle Extrication

Vehicle Extrication

This 10-title series teaches to NFPA© 1010, 1006, and 2500 standards. Vehicle crashes involving extrication are a leading category of response for fire and rescue personnel. Responding to these types of incidents is inherently dangerous due to traffic near the scene, vehicle hazards, and other safety concerns. Skills demonstrated review best practices in scene safety, operational procedures, use, and choice of tools and techniques including how to mitigate hazards. Titles are available on USB, DVDs, streaming video, PowerPoint presentations, and Online Interactive Courses.
