This title presents an introduction to the Incident Command System, the roles within the system, and how ICS is used to manage an emergency scene. Also described are hazard control zones and what operations take place in them. Fire Operation Support personnel only operate in cold zones, non-hazardous, or protected work areas to perform specific tasks. Reviewed are apparatus safety, use of personal vehicles, and scene safety protocols.
