This title presents basic radio procedures, the process of taking calls, and receiving alarms including what information to collect from the caller or for the dispatch center. Also described are the different types of fire detection and alarm-initiating devices. Common communication procedures, etiquette for routine traffic, emergency traffic, and emergency evacuation signals are presented.
